The Truth About Walk-ins

The phone rings, “Will you guys be taking walk-ins later?” The answer is always yes.

As long as the front door is unlocked anyone  is welcome to walk in, but that does not guarantee that a certain artist (or anyone) will be available to tattoo the minute a walk-in shows up.

We will never say that there are no walk-ins, because last minute cancellations and no-shows do happen. We will never let anyone know what time to come in, because if someone walks in to get tattooed, before the person we spoke to over the phone, the hypothetical time we spoke of would be gone.

IF you  have a limited schedule, the tattoo you want requires drawing time, or there is an artist that you want to work with, we recommend setting up a tattoo appointment. An appointment requires communicating with the artist prior to booking and leaving a deposit that will be applied to the cost of the tattoo.

Walk-in tips

  • Show up early, walk-ins are first-come, first-served. Showing up at the beginning of the day gives us at least 8 hours to work with.
  • Be patient, we will do our best to fit you in around our booked appointments and estimate wait times, but appointments do have priority over walk-ins
  • Be realistic, large complicated pieces will require planning and drawing time, but you can always walk-in to talk about your tattoo.
  • Walk in!
